My name is Jase and I am a full-time resident of Palm Springs and a native Californian. I am a full-time marketing professional, active community member and volunteer, and a Group Fitness Instructor. I began my training in group fitness instruction during the pandemic. In January, 2022 I began Endeavor, offering community members a low-impact exercise option during the weekend. As a person of color, I aim to create a diverse inclusive and comfortable experience for members through representation. My class is low impact, for all levels and everyone is welcome!

Join us for an amazing time at the BE A HERO 5K as we support the work of the Hazelden Betty ford Children’s Program and the Barbara Sinatra Children’s Center and their quest to better the lives of children throughout our valley. Register for the 5K or just join me for an Endeavor with Jase pre 5K warmup! I will be cheering the crowd on and welcome you all to join! The event takes place on February 18, 2023 at the Rancho Mirage Community Park (71560 San Jacinto Dr). The run begins at 8am. Our warmup will begin at approximately 7:40am. Join us for the fun!

Join me Saturday, December 17th as I help warm up the crowd for The PS Marathon Runners Santa Paws and Kris Kringle Dash!
My warmup will begin at around 8:40am just prior to the 9am run. Join us for this one-of-a-kind 5K event where every participant can be Santa Claus! Each participant receives a 5-piece Santa suit that can be worn during the event and is then yours for keeps! This includes a jacket, pants, belt, hat and beard.
All participants run, walk or stroll the 5K (3.1mile) route. Strollers and doggies are welcome!
Following the 5K, we offer a 200 meter Kris Kringle Dash for children 10 and under. Entry for the kids’ event is $15 and includes a child sized Santa Suit, finisher medal and Ben and Jerry’s ice cream certificate.
Get into the Christmas Spirit and help support Guide Dogs of the Desert, a 501c3 charity that provides trained guide dogs at no cost for the blind and sight impaired as well as assistance dogs for those with seizures, Autism or PTSD as well as our local selected rescues…Palm Springs Animal Shelter, Animal Samaritans and Luna Siberian Husky Rescue. I encourage you all to sign up and participate that morning in lieu of our regularly scheduled class. If you would prefer not to register/participate in the 5K, you are welcome to join me for the warm-up that morning and help cheer the crowd on. Use the link below for more information or to register!

The Palm Springs Wild Turkey Trot 5K is almost here! Join us this Thursday! Work off those calories before you indulge and start of the morning doing some good!
Join us on Thanksgiving morning at Tahquitz and Palm Canyon! Our class will be doing the warmup at 7:40am and then walking together for part of the course afterwards! The run will take place at 8am on a certified 5K fast and flat course, starting and finishing on Palm Canyon! Registrants receive a beautiful long sleeve tech T, zany turkey hat, mega finisher medal and finish line photo download.
Support the Mizell Center Meals on Wheels Program that provides free and nutritious meals to homebound seniors! Grab your family and friends and Join us.
