Palm Springs Pride 5K & Walk

Benefiting: LGBTQ Community Center of the Desert and Transgender Health and Wellness Center
Organized by: Palm Springs Front Runners and Walkers
Attendance: approximately 900 participants

One of the most meaningful events of the year. Leading this warmup connects fitness directly to the community organizations doing essential work for LGBTQ people in the Coachella Valley.

Annual Turkey Trot

Benefiting: Mizell’s Meals on Wheels Program
Organized by: Palm Springs Marathon Runners
Attendance: approximately 1,900 participants

The largest event I lead warmups for. Bringing the community together on Thanksgiving morning to move, connect, and support local seniors in need.

Annual Santa Paws 5K

Benefiting: Palm Springs Animal Shelter
Organized by: Palm Springs Marathon Runners

A festive community event supporting those who are visually impaired. Movement, joy, and giving back all in one morning.
